Card on file via Stripe, no charge today. For Basic and Premium, you have 14 days before billing begins. Lifetime is a one-time payment.

We grant access on TradingView.
You submit your TradingView username on the confirmation page. We add you to the invite-only indicator. Usually within minutes, always within 24 hours.

You receive a welcome email and setup guide.
The email links to your onboarding page with the full setup guide. For Premium and Lifetime, a Discord invite is included. Inside, type /verify with the code in your welcome email to claim your role.

How does the 14-day free trial work?
Basic and Premium include a 14-day free trial. You submit your TradingView username and get access on day one. Your trial starts the moment you check out, and billing begins on day 15. You can cancel anytime from your account portal. Lifetime is a one-time payment and does not include a trial.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime from your member portal at solveratrading.com/portal. During the trial, cancellation prevents any charge. After billing starts, access continues through the end of the paid period, then ends automatically. We do not refund partial billing cycles.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. Sign in at solveratrading.com/portal and switch between Basic and Premium anytime. The change is prorated and takes effect right away. You can also upgrade to Lifetime from the portal in one step, and your TradingView access carries over.
Is the Lifetime tier really lifetime?
Yes. One payment of $499, and your indicator and Discord access continue as long as Solvera Trading operates. All future indicator updates are included. No recurring charges.
What if access isn’t granted in 24 hours?
Email support@solveratrading.com. We respond within hours during US business days. Lifetime customers carry a 72-hour fulfillment guarantee: if access is not granted within 72 hours of payment and TradingView username submission, the Lifetime purchase is refundable in full.
Do you offer refunds?
Recurring subscriptions are non-refundable for billed periods. Lifetime is non-refundable except via the 72-hour fulfillment guarantee. Full policy at /refunds.
