Refund Policy

Our refund policy reflects the nature of the product: digital access to a software tool, granted instantly.

Recurring subscriptions (Basic $49/month, Premium $99/month)

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account portal. Your access to the indicator and (where applicable) the Discord continues until the end of your current paid billing period. We do not issue refunds for already-billed periods or unused portions of a billing cycle.

Lifetime access ($499 one-time)

The Lifetime tier is non-refundable, with one exception: if we do not grant you access to the indicator on your TradingView account within 72 hours of receiving your payment and your TradingView username, you may request a full refund by emailing support@solveratrading.com within 7 days of your purchase. This is our 72-hour fulfillment guarantee. Outside of this guarantee, Lifetime purchases are final.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a credit card chargeback for a charge that complies with this policy, we may suspend your account, revoke your indicator access, and decline future business. If you have a billing dispute, email us first. We resolve most disputes within 24 hours.

Refund requests

Send refund requests to support@solveratrading.com with your purchase receipt number and a brief description. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
