Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information when you use the Solvera Trading website and services.
1. Information we collect
a. Information you provide
Name (if given), email address, TradingView username, payment card information (collected and stored by Stripe, not by us), and any messages you send us.
b. Information collected automatically
IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and similar analytics data via our analytics provider (Plausible) and advertising pixels (Meta, TikTok, Google).
c. Information from third parties
Discord user ID and username (if you choose to verify membership via Discord), and limited information from Stripe regarding your subscription status.
2. How we use information
- To deliver the Service (grant TradingView access, send transactional emails, manage your subscription).
- To communicate with you (welcome emails, support responses, occasional product announcements).
- To improve the Service (analytics, troubleshooting, feature decisions).
- To prevent fraud and enforce the Terms of Service.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Advertising and analytics
We use Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and Google Tag for advertising attribution. These services place cookies in your browser. You can opt out via your browser settings or each platform’s opt-out tools. We use Plausible for site analytics, which is cookie-free and does not collect personal data.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers we rely on (Stripe for payments, Supabase for database hosting, Resend for email, Vercel for site hosting, Railway for the Discord bot).
- Advertising platforms (limited identifiers for ad attribution as described above).
- Law enforcement when legally required.
5. Data retention
We retain customer records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to handle billing inquiries, legal compliance, and analytics. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).
6. International transfers
Your data may be stored or processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. We rely on standard contractual mechanisms to protect international transfers.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@solveratrading.com. EU, UK, and California residents have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA.
8. Security
We follow standard security practices: HTTPS, encrypted database connections, restricted internal access, and immediate notification of any suspected breach. No system is fully secure; we do our best.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email.
