Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Solvera Trading System indicator, the Solvera Discord community, the solveratrading.com website, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] (“Solvera Trading,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By purchasing a subscription or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The product

The Solvera Trading System is an invite-only technical analysis indicator hosted on the TradingView platform. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the indicator on a single TradingView account during the term of your subscription.

2. Not financial advice

The Service is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. We are not registered as an investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner in any jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for any trading or investment decisions you make. Trading carries significant risk of loss and may not be suitable for all individuals.

3. No guarantees

We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding the performance, accuracy, completeness, or profitability of any trading activity related to the Service. Past chart patterns and any prior educational content from Solvera Trading are not indicative of future results.

4. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information at signup, maintain the security of your account credentials, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. One license per person.

5. Payment, billing, and cancellation

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly) or as a one-time charge (Lifetime). You authorize us, via our payment processor Stripe, to charge your designated payment method. You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your account portal; access continues until the end of the paid period and no refund is issued for the unused portion. The Lifetime tier is non-refundable except as described in Section 6.

6. Refund policy

Recurring subscriptions are not refundable for already-billed periods. The Lifetime tier is not refundable except in the case of a fulfillment failure: if access to the indicator on your TradingView account is not granted within 72 hours of your payment and submission of your TradingView username, we will issue a full refund upon request to support@solveratrading.com.

7. License restrictions

You may not:

• share, resell, sublicense, or distribute access to the indicator;
• reverse-engineer, copy, or attempt to extract the indicator’s source code;
• use the Service to create or train any competing tool or service;
• share your account credentials with any other person; or
• use the Service in any unlawful manner.

8. Discord community rules

Premium and Lifetime members receive access to the private Solvera Discord community. The Discord is provided as a peer-learning environment for trading education, setup discussions, risk management conversations, and connecting with other members. It is not a signal service. Solvera Trading does not call entries, exits, or take-profit targets, does not publish a scheduled daily market brief, and does not guarantee any specific frequency of content or any trading outcomes. Members agree to engage respectfully, refrain from harassment or hate speech, refrain from posting trade signals or financial advice to other members, refrain from promoting external paid products or services, and follow the conduct rules posted in the #start-here channel. We may revoke Discord access for violations without refund.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, or any unlawful activity. We may also terminate the Service entirely at our discretion with 30 days notice and a pro-rated refund of any unused subscription portion.

10. Intellectual property

All intellectual property in the indicator, the website, the brand, and any educational content published by Solvera Trading belongs to [LEGAL ENTITY NAME]. You receive only the license described in Section 1.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] and its affiliates, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of trading gains, lost data, or business interruption. Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] from any claim, liability, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [STATE/PROVINCE/COUNTRY OF YOUR LEGAL ENTITY] without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

14. Changes to these terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, send a notice to your registered email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
