I paid but haven’t received the access email.
Check your spam folder for a message from support@solveratrading.com. If it is not there within 24 hours of payment, email us with the address you paid with and we will resolve it the same day.
The indicator does not appear on TradingView.
Click Indicators at the top of any chart, then switch to the Invite-Only tab. Search “Solvera Trading System.” If the indicator is not in your Invite-Only list, access has not been granted yet. Email us and we will check the queue.
How do I verify in the Discord?
In the #start-here channel, type /verify [code] using the verification code from your welcome email. The bot assigns your role automatically. If the code does not work, email us and we will issue a fresh one.
I want to change my plan or cancel.
Manage your membership at solveratrading.com/portal. Sign in to change plan, upgrade to Lifetime, update your card, or cancel.
I think I found a bug in the indicator.
Email support@solveratrading.com with a screenshot, the instrument, the timeframe, and the relevant indicator settings. We review bug reports daily.
